Rene Marie Russo (born Rene Marie Russo) is an American film model, actress and film maker. Apart from her beautiful beauty, her continued success in the highly competitive world of film proves her skills as a performer. In the 70s the model began her career. She quickly became one of the leading figures in this industry. In the early 1980s, she began taking classes in acting and theater prior to performing on stages in Los Angeles. Rose Namajunas was one of UFC's most popular female athletes. Her career began as an amateur fighter, competing in various regional promotions before registering to Invicta Fighting Championships and later becoming a member of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Rose fought Carla Esparza in April 2015 to win the Women's Strawweight Champion. She won the fight through a technical knockout, which occurred within three minutes after the start of the round. This was the first women to compete in a title fight with any major organization worldwide. Namajunas had several successful fights following her win that included beating Joanna Jedrzejczyk on two occasions. This resulted in Namajunas Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
